We can provide our clients with two distinct options in homes:

1) Personalized, Custom Site Built Homes. These homes are fully constructed on your site or ours, by experienced trade partners and vendors with our demanding specifications, quality control procedures, and your participation in the design process and selection of finishes.

2) Custom Turn Key, Pre-engineered and Constructed Homes. These homes are constructed in a climate-controlled factory setting, shipped in modules to your prepared site, and set on a poured concrete foundation. The specifications are every bit as demanding as our site built homes. One key advantage to this type of home is you can dramatically shorten the typical build time to as little as a few months. Selection and level of finishes are nearly unlimited, and design possibilities are impressive.
